1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 499de ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services offered by 499de, including sports betting, casino games, crash games, and all related features. These Terms apply to all players accessing 499de from Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 499de platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 499de platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Eligibility

The 499de platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that each condition below is satisfied at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion you access the platform.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age. Using the 499de platform if you are under 21 is a strict breach of these Terms regardless of the legal gambling age in your specific location.
• 1.2You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• 1.3You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and must update your details promptly if any registered information changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• 1.4You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or a platform-imposed exclusion from 499de, nor subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting gambling activity.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 499de. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment details — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

• 2.1You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• 2.2499de is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify 499de support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access.
• 2.3499de uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure; you access the platform at your own risk with respect to internet-level threats.
• 2.4499de may require KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification at any time, particularly for large withdrawals, suspected fraud, or compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in access restrictions.
• 2.5Account registration is free of charge. Any deposit or withdrawal fees are charged solely by the player's payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) and are not collected by 499de.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 499de are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 499de does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not charge currency conversion fees. The rules below govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

Deposit Rules

• 3.1The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction across all supported payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits may apply.
• 3.2You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.
• 3.3bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds of confirmation by your mobile banking app. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes. 499de is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider.

Withdrawal Rules

• 3.4The 499de payments team processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad is 5 to 15 minutes from submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes.
• 3.5Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 499de account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 3.6499de may request identity documentation (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.
• 3.7Bonus-derived balances that have not met the applicable rollover requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared real-money balances may be withdrawn.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

499de may offer bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general rules below. Bonuses are a privilege, not a right, and 499de may modify or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.

• 4.1All bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each individual bonus offer. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full rollover requirement is met.
• 4.2Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Each player may claim the welcome bonus once, with one account.
• 4.3499de may cancel a bonus and confiscate associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, through multiple accounts, or in breach of any applicable bonus terms.
• 4.4Free spins, cashback, and reload bonuses carry their own individual terms published at the time each promotion is launched. Where individual promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the individual promotion terms take precedence.
• 4.5Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash outside of rollover completion, or used in any manner inconsistent with the terms under which they were issued.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 499de, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other game categories available on the platform.

• 5.1All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to review all bet details before confirming.
• 5.2All non-live casino games use certified RNG systems audited by independent testing authorities. The outcome of every spin, hand, or round is mathematically random. 499de does not manipulate game outcomes.
• 5.3In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, 499de will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance.
• 5.4Sports betting markets and odds may change before a bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed at a set of odds, those odds are locked for that bet. 499de reserves the right to void bets placed on markets incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.

8. Responsible Gaming

499de is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms of problem gambling. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. 499de strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years for all account holders.

• 6.1Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) in their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. This delay on increases is intentional to protect players from impulsive decisions.
• 6.2Players may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting 499de support via live chat. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During exclusion, the account is locked and the player cannot deposit, bet, or receive promotional materials.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on 499de. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities.

• 7.1Registering more than one account on 499de, whether under the same or a different name, phone number, or payment method, for any reason including claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account limits.
• 7.2Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with 499de in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents the normal operation of games or betting markets.
• 7.3Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 499de platform. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported in line with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• 7.4Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or betting market, including chip dumping, match-fixing, or any coordinated exploitation of game mechanics or pricing errors.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

499de reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action.

• 8.1Accounts may be suspended pending investigation where 499de has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or prohibited conduct. During suspension, deposits, withdrawals, and betting access are restricted.
• 8.2Where investigation confirms a breach, 499de may permanently close the account and may confiscate the balance in whole or in part depending on the severity of the breach. Written notification of the outcome will be provided.
• 8.3A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of unsatisfied bonus rollover requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 499de's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 9.1499de is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 499de has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 9.2499de does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. 499de will use reasonable endeavours to maintain availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime.
• 9.3Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 499de's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

499de collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Amendments to These Terms

499de reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the 499de website. Where a material change is made, 499de will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected players via in-platform notification or their registered contact details.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the 499de platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by applicable law.
